Peggy Zheng MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY MEDICINE NURSE PRACTITIONER

Providing Care in DUMBO, Brooklyn

Peggy Zheng is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care through shared decision-making and evidence-based practice. Originally from Queens, New York, Peggy has lived in several states before returning to the area and is excited to become part of the community.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from George Mason University and has worked as a registered nurse in a variety of settings, including neuroscience, interventional radiology, and cardiac catheterization. During her undergraduate education, she also volunteered in rural clinics in Guatemala, where she gained valuable experience caring for underserved populations.

Peggy believes in building trusting, long-term relationships with her patients by fostering collaboration, open communication, and a judgment-free environment where individuals feel respected and empowered to take an active role in their health. Although she is new to the practice and community, she looks forward to getting to know her patients and providing personalized care that supports their lifelong health.

When she's not caring for patients, Peggy enjoys traveling, hiking, discovering new restaurants and coffee/matcha cafés, attending concerts, and has recently taken up running. She looks forward to exploring more of New York with her husband and their dog.
