Dr. Preethi Hilton brings a thoughtful, patient-first approach to family medicine, combining evidence-based care with a deep understanding of lifestyle and prevention. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Management and Biology from Saint Louis University and conducted research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where her passion for personalized, holistic care began to take shape.

She went on to receive her medical degree from the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Inspira Health in southern New Jersey, where she treated a diverse and underserved population. In addition to her core training, Dr. Hilton pursued advanced experience in women’s health, nutrition, and lifestyle-based care—supporting her belief that sustainable habits and preventative care are key to lifelong wellness.

Dr. Hilton’s dedication to service has extended beyond the U.S., including medical mission work in El Salvador and Honduras. She is also a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.

A familiar face to many of our long-time patients, Dr. Hilton began her career at Leaf Medical in Long Island City. After a few years in Richmond, Virginia, she is thrilled to return to New York and is now welcoming patients at our Dumbo, Brooklyn location.

Outside the office, Dr. Hilton enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her husband Ben, their daughter, and their adorable Cavapoo puppy.
